”Giant Guitar”? Giant band, if you ask me. Leaders Off is equipped with a giant heart. A heart that pumps so hard that the old rehearsal place is trembling. Hailing from Vänersborg – a town where you either pick up needles, bandy or instruments – the choice was easy. And they made a wise one.
Leaders Off is a group consisting of strong individuals that together forms a powerful unit. The live sets have moved many, not only on the Swedish west coast but also throughout Europe. And they will move more people. After recording hundreds of songs, in shitty home made studios and high standard ditos like Svenska Grammofonstudion, the band gradually shaped a sound that is distinct and edgy!
“We like Dinosaur Jr., Pavement and Sonic Youth. Easy as that.” And yeah, that says it all! Armed with a bunch of hard hitting indie rock songs Leaders Off will freaking get you going. Whether you like it or not.
